Steve Fifield is Vice President of Branches, Sales and Service for Cyprus Credit Union where he has been since 1994. He also has 10 years experience as a marketing director. He has over 15 years teaching experience at Salt Lake Community College and Westminster College. He teaches public speaking and effective presentations courses. Since 2005, he has served on the Board of Adjustment for the City of West Jordan. He serves on the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce Business/Education Partnership Council and has been there since 2008. He enjoys volunteering for the Utah State Board of Education Utah Scholar’s program and doing classroom presentations to eighth graders in the area. He also serves in other volunteer activities in the community. He earned a bachelor’s degree in communication with an emphasis in public relations from Weber State and a master’s degree in corporate and professional communication from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. One of his most favorite things to do is teach art during his lunch hour twice a week in his daughters’ elementary school classes.

Tiffiny J. Lipscomb, SPHR is an experienced Human Resources Manager with twenty years of progressive Human Resources experience with Intermountain Healthcare. Proven business partner with unique experience as an Assistant Administrator with an operational portfolio. Creative problem solver who fosters an innovative, professional, engaged work environment with proven results in employee engagement and goal achievement.

June A. Knight became the Director of Training for L-3 Communications, Communications Systems West, in October of 2013. June started with L-3 17 years ago after receiving her B.S. degree in computer science from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, S.D. She has held roles as a software developer, lead, manager and for 6 years was the Director of Software Development before taking her new role as the Director of Training.
